SHIPPING POLICY

• I currently only ship within the United States.

• Some items may be shipped from international warehouses, which can sometimes cause a unique smell from ink or packaging materials. This smell should fade quickly and will not affect the quality of your item.

• Orders are typically shipped within 7-10 business days.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and shipping could take an additional week. If this happens, I’ll notify you. If you don’t receive an update, feel free to contact me so I can assist.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please email me within 30 days of receiving it to file a claim.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected 10-day timeframe, you’re welcome to follow up with me for an update. Please keep in mind there may be delays outside of my control.

• For refund or replacement requests, provide a clear photo of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item along with your order confirmation via email.
